Frequently Asked Questions
Are both the start and end date counted?
Both endpoints are included by default, which is the convention for contractual periods. Where a deadline is "within 10 working days from receipt", counting usually starts the next working day — check your specific terms.
Why are public holidays not automatic?
Because they differ by country, region and sometimes by employer, and a wrong assumption is worse than none. Entering your own list is quick and gives an answer you can rely on.
Which days are the weekend?
Saturday and Sunday by default, but you can change it. Several Middle Eastern countries use Friday and Saturday, and some sectors work six-day weeks.
How do I calculate a delivery date?
Use the add-days mode: enter the dispatch date and the promised number of working days. The result skips weekends and any holidays you listed.
