How do I split a PDF into individual pages?

Choose the "every page" mode. A 20-page document produces 20 single-page PDFs, each named with its page number.

What range syntax does it accept?

Comma-separated pages and hyphenated ranges: "1-3, 7, 12-20" produces three files. Pages are numbered from 1 and out-of-range numbers are reported rather than silently ignored.

Does splitting reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied at the object level, so images, fonts and vector content are byte-identical to the original. Only the pages you did not select are left out.

Can I split a very large PDF?

Yes, subject to your device memory. Documents of a few hundred megabytes work on a desktop browser; on mobile, splitting into fewer, larger chunks is more reliable.
