Frequently Asked Questions

What page size should I choose?

A4 or Letter if the PDF will be printed. Choose "match image" for screenshots and diagrams so nothing is scaled or surrounded by white space.

Will the images be compressed?

JPEG images are embedded as they are, so no quality is lost. PNGs are embedded losslessly, which can make the PDF large — convert photos to JPEG first if size matters.

What is the difference between fit and fill?

Fit scales the image so all of it is visible within the margins, possibly leaving white space. Fill scales it to cover the page and crops the overflow. Fit is safer for documents.

How many images can I combine?

As many as your device memory allows. Fifty photographs from a phone camera generally work fine; hundreds of high-resolution scans may need to be split into batches.

100% Data Privacy

Your PDF is opened and rewritten by a JavaScript PDF engine running inside this page. The file never leaves your device, which matters for contracts, statements, medical records and ID scans.
